Is self-collection of items available?

We have currently suspended all self-collection services due to Covid-19. We seek your understanding in this matter. We will definitely resume self-collection once this pandemic is over! Stay home, stay safe everyone xx

Can I make an exchange or refund of items?

Exchanges Due to hygiene purposes, we are unable to allow exchanges of products. Refunds takes pride in checking every product before they are being shipped out. Do also note that due to handmade nature of product, slight imperfections are inevitable. However, should item be damaged during the shipping process, will provide a one-for-one exchange of item of same value. Should preferred item be of a higher price, a top up is required. A refund of the difference will be provided should the item be of a lower price. In the event product received is damaged, kindly email us at with the following details: 1. Name of item 2. A clear photo of the damaged item 3. Preferred product of exchange Do note that we will only accept returns within 7 days from date of delivery. Please note that sold items are non-refundable.

How to care for polymer clay accessories?

While polymer clay is supposedly durable and slightly flexible, it can still be scratched or broken. Be careful not to drop the delicate pieces or place them in pockets/purses. Here are some tips: 1. Keep your jewelry away from solvents - cleaners, hairspray, perfumes, nail polish etc 2. Keep out of heat and extended periods of direct sunlight. 3. Store jewelry in a case/box, away from high humidity, to keep metal from tarnishing.
